Kitchen Tip (Appetizer Recipe)

This rich (and calorie laden) spread is a to-die-for appetizer that that Maslyn Mrs. grew up eating at her best friend’s house. The recipe eventually migrated over to HER family’s home and then of course made its way to ours. Eat with caution… it is known to be addicting.


1 c. extra sharp cheddar, grated
½ c. mozzarella
¼ c parmesan
1/8 tsp. beaumond seasoning
1/8 tsp.garlic
4 scallions, include some tops
½ c. mayonnaise

Spread onto individual bread rounds and bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes and this make a terrific appetizer.
If you spread onto the face of a halved loaf, it would go nicely as a bread served with dinner.

**Avoid having to have Maslyn & Sons out for an oven repair by cleaning your oven right after baking something and it is already HOT.
